Case study / Website relaunch

Frau Sensibel: A website that can grow with its content

Nicole Führing had already published a substantial body of content. The relaunch was meant to help her create new pages more easily, connect existing material, and guide visitors towards her offers.

Frau Sensibel website
Starting point
Time-consuming upkeep and a rarely used shop
Focus
Offers, blog, podcast, and internal links

Why the website needed a new structure

Creating a new page in the existing WordPress installation took Nicole more effort than she wanted to spend on it. The site also had a shop displaying prices for services that visitors did not buy directly online. That shop was a poor fit for the way her coaching and consulting work begins.

The relaunch presents those services as offers again. Visitors should be able to find the information they need, understand the next step, and request an initial conversation without navigating a checkout process.

A large archive needs clear paths through it

Over time, Nicole had built up many blog posts, podcast episodes, tools, and tests. Reviewing every post and adding useful links by hand was difficult to fit around her client work. The rebuild gave the team a chance to look across the existing content and search analysis, then connect pages where the next link helps a reader.

The posts also gained a more consistent structure. Headings, readable sections, and details such as reading time and author information are intended to make the material easier to navigate. They give the site a sounder technical and editorial foundation. Whether search results improve is something that still needs to be observed.

An editorial workflow built around Nicole’s knowledge

Nicole wants to turn a podcast episode into a readable post and other formats, such as a newsletter, with less manual work. She supplies the material, images, and subject knowledge. AI helps prepare and publish it on the site, while Nicole decides what the content says and approves the result.

The new foundation also lets her try small features and change them again if they do not work well in practice. That matters for a site with an existing content archive: an idea can be tested without making every experiment a major rebuild.

Interaction that serves the content

A post can offer more than a continuous block of text. Expandable answers, questions, or short exercises can help people engage with a topic at their own pace. The right element depends on the subject, and the underlying knowledge still comes from Nicole’s work.

Another part of our work with Frau Sensibel is described in How a Coaching Product Is Growing into a Digital Community.

An anniversary campaign as a practical test

For her 25th anniversary in business, Nicole created a search game with dandelions hidden across the site. Visitors who find seven of the 25 can enter a prize draw. The campaign shows how she could put an idea on the new website and refine it together with the team.

In the conversation, she explains that the first hiding places were too obvious, so she changed them. Entry only opens after visitors have found enough flowers. This is the workflow she wanted: try an idea, see where it falls short, and make a targeted change.

What the relaunch has changed so far

Nicole can develop content and small ideas on a shared foundation. Offers, articles, and podcasts now connect more deliberately. Usage and search data will be needed to assess any effect on enquiries or rankings.

  • Offers without an unnecessary shop step
  • Content that is easier to read and navigate
  • A shorter path from existing knowledge to new formats
  • Room for small experiments that can be checked and revised
