How a Coaching Product Is Growing into a Digital Community

How Frau Sensibel is carefully digitising a proven coaching offer, evolving it through real user feedback, and building the foundation for its own community.

How a Coaching Product Is Growing into a Digital Community

An existing offer becomes the starting point

Frau Sensibel helps highly sensitive people and scanner personalities understand themselves better and stop feeling as though something is wrong with them. That idea led to a podcast, personal coaching, and the “Klare Kante” coaching calendar with an inspiration card for every week.

The cards were originally developed for coaching. They offer a concrete prompt without creating information overload. Drawing a card gives someone a focus for everyday life and a gentle way to explore what might help right now.

The project therefore already had a proven product. The key question was not how to turn it into the largest possible platform immediately. The first task was to make its established value more accessible through a focused digital experience.

Digitalisation should feel simple

An application designed for people who perceive stimuli intensely needs to remain clear and manageable. The first version therefore concentrates on one straightforward flow: once a week, a user draws an inspiration card. Previous cards are saved and remain available to revisit.

The digital offer does not simply replace the tactile experience. It carries its essential value into a different everyday context. Users no longer need to bring the calendar with them, yet their weekly prompt is always within reach.

The first version does not have to do everything. It has to make the most important moment of the existing offer reliably accessible.

Let people use it before expanding it together

Although the product is intended to grow into a community, it deliberately does not begin with every community feature. The first phase focuses on the application and feedback from its earliest users: Are the functions easy to understand? Do the prompts help in everyday life? What is genuinely missing?

Direct interaction between members is planned for a later phase. This avoids building a comprehensive platform based on assumptions. The community can grow on a foundation that people already use and understand.

This approach reduces effort and risk while producing concrete insights much earlier than internal discussion alone could.

Personal development in small steps

Once the inspiration cards are established, the application can grow gradually. Planned additions include affirmations, a weekly focus, and small challenges. Rather than prescribing one large task, the product will let users choose from three suitable challenges and give them a possible first step.

A mood tracker supports the same principle. A regular check-in makes a person’s current state more visible and can help align prompts and challenges more closely with their situation.

Every feature follows one idea: change should be possible without adding pressure. Perfection is not the goal. The aim is a dependable focus that can support someone through both easier and more difficult weeks.

Develop independently without being left alone

Frau Sensibel should be able to manage content and evolve the application as independently as possible. New ideas can therefore be tested, published, and improved quickly in response to genuine feedback.

Develate remains available as a technical safety net. If something does not work as expected or a new idea reaches deeper into the architecture, support is close at hand. This combination of ownership and technical guidance creates room for confident experimentation without turning every adjustment into a large development project.

The product also benefits from several perspectives: experience from coaching and entrepreneurship, the view of its users, and our own product, technology, and usability expertise.

What other businesses can learn from it

Many businesses already have knowledge, content, or physical products that could be meaningfully extended through software. The best starting point is often not a complete platform, but one focused flow that makes the existing value available online.

A focused first version shows whether people will actually use the offer. It creates a dependable foundation for future functions and reveals which ideas should be simplified, changed, or discarded.

Digitalisation then stops being a single large project. It becomes a shared learning process in which a proven offer can grow, step by step, into a digital product with a community of its own.
