Develate grew out of a collaboration that developed over many years.

For several years, we have been meeting regularly to work on projects together, develop ideas, and find solutions for very different challenges. Over time, one thing became increasingly clear: our skills complement each other exceptionally well.

On one side, there is technical development, systems, and digital solutions. On the other, there are people, organizations, and the question of how collaboration, leadership, and processes truly work. Develate emerged from this combination.

Thorsten is the developer at Develate. His strength is translating complex requirements into technical solutions that actually work.

With a clear eye for structure, logic, and feasibility, he develops systems, applications, and digital tools that hold up in daily business use. For him, the work is not just about code. It is about well-considered solutions that remain stable, maintainable, and usable over time.

Thorsten analyzes processes, quickly recognizes technical connections, and turns them into applications, automations, and digital structures that relieve companies and make their work more efficient.

Nicole Führing

Nicole brings a distinctive strength to the collaboration: she recognizes patterns quickly, thinks in connected systems, and often reads between the lines.

As a scanner personality, she can grasp complex situations quickly and make the decisive levers visible. In her work, she supports entrepreneurs, executives, and teams in gaining clarity, making decisions, and developing new perspectives.

An important part of this is her sparring offer, where she acts as a thinking partner for decision-makers. This work has also led to further formats, including trust consulting as well as consulting services within INQA coaching and BAFA-funded business consulting.

At Develate, Nicole makes sure that technology and structure are always considered together with the human side: communication, trust, leadership, and collaboration.

Mario Peischl

Mario is Develate's ace in the hole: calm in the background, strong in design, and precise in implementation.

While ideas take shape and systems are developed, he makes sure solutions become visible, understandable, and usable. His strength lies in designing and implementing websites, interfaces, and visual concepts.

With a refined sense for structure, design, and effect, Mario translates complex content into clear, functional representations. He prefers working in the background and consciously chose not to take on a management role.

Instead, he focuses on what he does best: precise design, clean implementation, and creative solutions.
