Core data associated with a 'project' cannot be amended by the site. Instead, changes to the project core data definitions initiated by project leader on the website. Changes disseminated to all sites by online updates with automatic notification. i.e. project leader (maybe the funder) can set up and amend the monitoring scheme for their project. Verson 2.6.10 2010-12-13: Finsys: In a reconciliation, you can now delete a double entry from the ledger and the reconciling items, even if from a previous month. Of course the accounts involved in the double entry must not be closed. 2010-12-13: Payroll: When transacting or untransacting, as well as checking whether accounts are closed, it now checks to see if the bank accounts involved have been reconciled at that date. You must unreconcile the accounts before being able to transact or untransact.
